Property blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
